Bigwig and Vervain :)

Vervain is a bully-looking rabbit soldier of General Woundwort. Here he doesn’t look the best, I’ll create a better design for him.

Bigwig. The most badass rabbit of the world. Fighting rats, cats and General Woundwort, infiltrating a militarized rabbit colony and saving lots of rabbits… I love him.

Two Efrafans, Groundsel and Chervil. I’m a bit puzzled because I’m not sure who was Chervil in the Hungarian translation (I’m Hungarian you know, and this is the first time I read the book in English). I only know he was Sherbyl in the movie and he was Blackavar’s guard, but not in the book.

Groundsel is a very loyal soldier of General Woundwort, but he is a good guy. I tried to give him some cat-tish look.

Two new rabbit portraits: Pipkin and Dandelion, two nice guys. :)

Pipkin…he always reminds me a hobbit. His name sounds almost like ‘Pippin’ and his shapes in the movie were round and chubby. :) I like him, he is the nearest of the rabbits for the word “cute”.

Dandelion is a storyteller and a very good runner. I tried to draw him similar to a hare, but I failed, his eyes are too big and I’m not satisfied with him at all.

Pages

Last week I started the page with Silverweed and his poem and I made two versions so far and none of them looks good…they are a bit… lifeless. The lines are not good. I’ll go back to the graphite pencil I guess…

And last day I had an idea. I’ll made some page some day… or at least a storyboard. I was thinking about the part where Fiver see his vision about Hazel’s whereabout. As I was said on DA, it is the most disturbing vision of him. I imagined it so nicely… I only need the book the fix the speeches and I can start. May be I’ll go to the library and make my storyboard there. :)
